I found the room quite worn. There was no air conditioning and ventilation seemed inadequate. Staff suggested spraying deodorant to address odors. The towels felt old and were undersized.

inaccurate descriptionnonexistent service
the description of the room misled me. soundproof walls? i heard doors slamming, people walking past, and the noisy street outside, even with windows shut. air ducts outside started up loudly each morning. the rooftop bar ain't exclusive as they make it sound. it felt more like a grubby, loud student union. service fell short, room service ordered at 8:30 pm saturday never came. i called three times over an hour and got no answer. finally, over an hour later, a whatsapp message blamed a lost order. seems more like they just weren't paying attention!

The room was excellent, every detail was thoroughly considered. i appreciated the bathrobes and the option to buy merchandise and useful items like alka seltzer. the minibar was unlike any i had seen before. I particularly enjoyed the coffee bags and the branded cups and glasses.
the meal voucher had limited flexibility at reception.

I got a last-minute deal on one of the top rooms for under £100. The check-in to check-out process was really good. The room was huge, full of character with quirky lighting. I found a vinyl player in the room. It was perfect for listening to music.
